Delta Airlines Baggage Training

UX Design / Educational Writing / Graphic Design

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is a major American airline, with its headquarters and largest hub at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia.

Delta Airlines needed a training CD for the baggage claim personnel. The baggage tracking system is a very complex program assisting the airline to assure each bag is tracked and arrives at the correct location. As the Multimedia Design Director at Crystal Canyon, Nate worked as lead UX designer and project manager. He spent many hours at the Delta Airlines headquarters for training and then created the training script used in the Interactive Education program. The project included a guided training through an interactive simulation of the tracking system.

This design was created by Nate in conjunction with Delta Airlines assuring the UX design matched the company style. He created a simulated training of the tracking system, wrote the training script, directed the recording of the script, and worked with programmers to create a very effective interactive training program.
